1. Compatibility comes first
The checker evaluates rules that can stop a desktop part from working: CPU socket and platform support, memory generation, motherboard and case form factor, cooler mounting, graphics-slot availability, power capacity, known connector requirements, storage connections and exact physical clearances when reliable model data exists.
When exact retail-model information is unavailable, the site should say that a physical or connector check is still needed rather than inventing certainty.
2. Your requirements come before price
For setup products such as monitors, required filters are checked first. An exact match must meet every required specification identified in the listing data. If no exact listing is available, alternatives are labelled as closest matches and the unmet requirement is shown.
3. Budget is a ceiling and ranking signal

Estimated gains are directional planning figures, not promises for a specific game. Real results change with games, settings, resolution, drivers, cooling and the rest of the system. Exact game-specific claims require repeatable benchmark data for the complete configuration.

What we will not do

- Call an estimate a guaranteed FPS result.
